- Network off, where you can see it. We switch off Wi Fi and unplug the cable on the PrivatAI Mac Mini in front of you. ([TIME])
- Load the documents. The files go onto the appliance in the room. The system is designed to retrieve from them, not train on them. ([TIME])
- Ask your own questions. Your people write them, including questions the file cannot answer. ([TIME])
- Check the answers. Each answer shows the source passage it came from. If the answer is not in the documents, PrivatAI is built to say it was not found. ([TIME])
